Staffing-request data is processed to handle and document the specific requirement. The current technical deletion period is 730 days.

Applications

Application data is processed to handle the application. Without talent-pool consent, the current technical deletion period is 180 days.

Talent pool

Inclusion requires separate voluntary consent. The technical deletion period for these profiles is 365 days. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing.

Contact form

General contact messages are processed to handle the enquiry and are technically scheduled for deletion after 365 days.

CV files

Optional CVs are stored outside the public web directory and are not sent as email attachments. Access is restricted to an authenticated administration function.

Email delivery

Form data is also sent to the configured internal recipient. Authenticated SMTP is intended for production delivery.

Cookies & external services

The base build does not use analytics or marketing services and does not load external web fonts.
